Home Information Packs
From 2007 Home Information Packs (HIP) have become legal requirements. In other words a property cannot be marketed without having one. It provides both the Buyer and Seller with detailed information regarding the Property and reducing the time for processes to be completed.
Energy Performance Certificate
Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is also a legal requirement for when buying, selling or renting out your property. A domestic energy assessor will produce a certificate based on the homes energy use and carbon dioxide emissions. It gives suggestions on both home energy sufficiency and carbon dioxide emissions.
